Deep tissue massage involves the use of strokes that penetrate deeply into muscle layers to alleviate discomfort. The therapist will use fingertips, knuckles, forearms and elbows to increase depth, working slowing to allow the muscle to welcome the deeper strokes.

Orthopedic Massage

The therapist will use orthopedic assessments to determine condition and bring about balance between opposing muscle groups that are causing discomfort and limited range of motion, returning the body to a more optimal functioning.

Medical Massage

Medical massage therapy is similar to orthopedic, but usually is prescribed by a medical doctor. Improvement to health and well-being without the negative side effects of pain medication.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
